What happens when people get stuck in their past and refuse to let go? Is there anything that can transform them? Truly change the course of their lives? Make them accept life (and love) again, perhaps? In as many words as you can imagine, the author beautifully sums up the relationship between two souls torn by past love. Can love or as the title suggests “sex” bind them? I was drawn to this story because of its title and was pleasantly surprised at the lucidity with which the author describes modern relationships. As ephemeral as they may seem, it is possible to find true love, if people are willing to let go of their inhibitions, mental, cultural or otherwise. This has the potential to be a full length novel.
